Made with our own organic Raspberries, Blueberries and Blackberries and organic raw cane sugar.
We've been making Three-Berry pies for our farmers' markets for a couple of years and like them even better than raspberry, to my surprise.
This summer I experimented with this preserve, and discovered that by slightly mashing the blackberries, but leaving the raspberries and blueberries whole, I could get a perfect set that allowed the individual fruit's flavor notes to be recognized and enjoyed.
Yummy. Simply yummy!
