Dilly Mustard with Garlic & Turmeric

Do you prefer a mustard without whole seeds? Ralph's been busy fine-tuning his newest mustard and it's delicious.

Dill is a delightful herb with sunny umbels of yellow flowers and a cheerful aroma, and we love interplanting it with sunflowers, tomatoes, cucumbers, marigolds, peppers, and nasturtiums in our annual beds. We captured that cheerful, fresh dill flavor by infusing it in local organic cider vinegar and blended that with our fresh garlic cider vinegar infusion.

When the infusions are ready, he blends them with ground organic yellow mustard seeds, local wildflower honey, ground organic turmeric, and kosher salt.
