Following the process we use in our raspberry vinegar, we blend our own blackberries - big, juicy, and sweet - with apple cider vinegar from a nearby orchard - letting them age together before heating gently with a little wildflower honey.
The fruity blend is outstanding with fruit salads, mixed greens, potato, rice, and grain salads and more. It can provide another layer of flavor in sauces for beef, lamb, poultry, or fish. It's even a refreshing addition to sparkling water!
