Tomatoes Rustica

The perfect topping for pizza, crostini, bruschetta (and crackers!) begins with our heirloom tomatoes - varieties saved by gardeners for generations because of their superior flavor.

We simmer the tomatoes with to a thick, rich pesto, then add lots of our fresh herbs - basil, bay, oregano, and parsley - and a generous helping of our fresh garlic.

The result is intensely flavored and versatile enough to top dishes like ravioli and tortellini, or add pizazz to soups and sauces.
