Calling all garlic fans!
Our Green Garlic Vinegar is made from the shoot (known as "scape") of the garlic plant. Harvesting the shoot in late June creates a larger garlic bulb. The shoot is full of fresh garlic flavor, and the vinegar captures that flavor so it can be enjoyed far beyond the short season of fresh garlic harvest.
Use this Green Garlic Vinegar for grilling fresh vegetables, for dressing rustic tomato-bread salad, for marinating beef, lamb or chicken, and tossed with pasta. It really packs a punch!
