We simmer the tomatoes with to a thick, rich sauce, then add lots of our fresh herbs - basil, bay, oregano and parsley - and a generous helping of our fresh garlic.
The result is intensely flavored and versatile enough to top dishes like ravioli and tortellini, or add pizazz to soups and sauces.
