We're glad to ship our products to you or your friends via USPS. We can ship an order or gift anywhere in the U.S., and have successfully shipped gifts to Europe and Japan.

Orders are typically sent within two business days. Because we ship liquid in glass, we pack very carefully and double box each order. (We use recycled packing materials.) We have no minimum order, but packaging costs are the same for one item or many.

Packaging cost to each address is $3.00. (This pertains to gift boxes too.) If your order does not contain any bottles or jars, the packaging cost is $1.00.

Shipping cost is based on weight and distance. The weights of our products are:

• Jar of herbs - 1/2 pound
• Jar of Mustard, Preserve, Honey, Pizza Sauce or Jazzberry - 1 pound
• Small Bottle of Vinegar (6.3oz) - 1 pound
• Large Bottle of Vinegar (12.7oz) - 2 pounds
• T-shirt or Tote Bag - 1/2 pound

If you order online, shipping rates are calculated automatically and displayed at time of checkout. We'll be glad to quote you shipping rates for your order if you call or e-mail and we'll answer any questions you may have about our products or placing an order.

The US Postal Service has a flat-rate box for Priority Mail. Up to nine jars (preserves, mustards, honey, pizza sauce, Jazzberry), or smaller numbers of vinegars, will fit in this box for a fixed price of $11.00 (including packaging.) Gift boxes up to six jars will also fit. The online store can determine what will fit, and will offer the flat rate option when appropriate. You can always e-mail or call us if you want to know in advance. This option can save you a lot, especially if you're outside New England!

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with everything you order from us. You may return any part of your order within 30 days for a full refund of the product cost - shipping charges are not refundable. Before returning your order, please contact us first by phone or e-mail to make the proper arrangements.
