When we first experimented with this we were amazed at how much flavor our Raspberry Vinegar gave this mustard. We love the combination of raspberry and maple. The maple syrup, from our neighbors at Schofield Mountain Farm, adds just enough sweetness to round out the blend. Spread this mustard on chicken or meat before grilling or broiling, use for hors d'oeuvres, dip pretzels, or spread on sandwiches.
