Puréed Peaches with Raspberries and Yogurt

If you can't find peach juice, use pear, apple, or white grape juice. Peach brandy also adds an appealing touch.

Purée the peaches, juice, honey, and vinegar in a food processor until smooth. Chill at least 15 minutes. Divide among four bowls, top with frozen yogurt and garnish with berries.

Serves 4
