Farmhouse Mustards refers to a style traditionally
made by hand in small batches by innkeepers, farmers and artisans throughout the European countryside. Individual mustard makers had their own signature style, but all farmhouse mustards traditionally feature some whole seeds in the blend and a spicy flavor.
Our Farmhouse Mustards are flavored with garlic, chilies, berries or lavender grown on our own farm and picked at their peak freshness. We use both freshly ground yellow mustard flour and brown mustard seeds in the base for a more complex taste and texture. They're full-flavored and highly aromatic, and they're made in small batches in our farmhouse.
