So simple, it's hardly a recipe, which is perfect for those steamy
August nights when you don't want to cook.
- 1 loaf of good French or Italian bread, sliced in half horizontally
- 2 tablespoons Cheshire
Garden Blenda d'Italia Vinegar, divided
- 1 to 2 fresh tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan or Romano
cheese
Drizzle the bread with 1 tablespoon vinegar. Slice the tomatoes over the bread and drizzle
with the remaining vinegar. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350°
for 10 minutes, or cook under the broiler for 5 minutes.
